Fabio Bisogni

He obtains a PhD in the field of information security law and economics from Technische Universiteit Delft (TUDelft). He graduates in Economics from University of Roma Tre, where he also earns a master's degree in Information Systems Governance. He gains experience in research at Fraunhofer Gesellschaft, consulting at Ernst & Young, and in industry in the FIAT group. He is president of FORMIT within which he has conducted numerous studies and projects over 15 years on the following topics: internationalization of research, critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, security economics, and policing. Since 2018, he has been vice president and delegate of the Board of Directors for communication, educational offerings and orientation at the University of International Studies in Rome (UNINT). He is a certified public accountant and auditor. He is an expert for the European Commission. He was co-editor of the IEEE journal Security and Privacy and a member of institutional study groups at the Prime Minister's Office, ENISA and the European Commission.
