Carries out Management and Organizational Consulting activities on issues related to the assessment of the level of digitalization of IT services. Many years of experience in Project & Program Management, Auditing and Monitoring activities for Entities and Central Public Administration on major ICT projects. Expert in conducting Feasibility Studies and Procurement procedures for outsourcing of ICT products and services. He has supervised the planning, design and implementation of numerous training courses for Central Public Administration on digitization and evaluation of IT services, also lecturing in Level II university masters for "Governance and Monitoring of Information Systems."
